At Alilia, I also accept custom and made-to-measure commissions that follow the style of the pieces created for sale in my studio.
I strive to adapt to my clients’ needs, provided that the necessary materials are available and my looms are unreserved. If a specific material is no longer in stock, I can suggest the closest possible alternatives. If a specific material needs to be ordered externally, the cost will be covered by the client. Please note that I do not accept materials provided by the client.
An order is only considered formalized once a 30% deposit of the total amount has been paid, either in cash or via bank transfer. All bank transfer fees are to be paid by the client. If the commissioned item requires shipping, the cost is always calculated separately and is never included in the initial quote.
Imperfections are an integral part of the artisanal process and are inherent to handmade creations. Therefore, any slight irregularities found in a finished piece will be considered a unique characteristic of its craftsmanship, rather than a defect.
